  • The recovery fees listed above apply solely to non-encrypted hard drives with a capacity of 2TB or less. Please contact us at 03 20359624 or                            if your hard drive capacity exceeds 2TB or if the drive is encrypted.
     

  • All recovery cases are typically processed within three to five (3-5) working days. The exact duration is subject to the hard drive's condition and the total data size requiring recovery (Please inform us immediately if urgent data recovery is required).
     

  • No processing, diagnostic, or cancellation fees will be charged.
     

  • All recovery work will be strictly performed in our office laboratory; on-site service is not available.
